I got this off of Digg, so I can’t claim it is anything of my own discovery, but I love it none-the-less.
- First, I love music. Duh, so do lots of people.
- Second, I have eclectic music tastes. Duh, so do lots of people.
- Third, I really love electronic music. I love instrumental too, but I have a real passion for techo/industrial sometimes. Duh, so do lots of people.
- Fourth, I hate paying the RIAA tax for music CD’s. CD’s just plain and simple cost too much. Duh, everyone knows that.
- Lastly, I love free music that is any good. Again, Duh, of course.
I just came across Final Fantasy VII (great game too, BTW) Voices of the Lifestream. I watched the Final Fantasy movie and while it was not as advanced CGI-wise as I had hoped, it was still good.
OCRemix has 4 CD’s of great music, music I love listening to (I haven’t made it through all of them yet, but CD 1 is fantastic), and it is FREE.
My only complaint is that they are apparently making you download the MP3 and WAV versions of all of the files. I would rather have had the option to download either. This freakin’ huge file could have been 600 megabytes rather than the 2.3 gigs that it is.
So go join the swam and download the 2.3 gigabyte image. Make my download faster.
